Report a fault

An issue is public. If a fault touches something private, or could harm the address or the people using it, write to kruze@zerotrustphysics.com instead.
What to include
- The request, whole, as it was sent.
- The answer, whole, as it came back. If it is long, its cryptographic proof is enough: the
run_seal,solution_sealordataset_seal. - The time, with its time zone.
- What sent it: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, another agent, or a script and its name.
- What you expected, in a sentence.
- If Claude could not connect: the reference beginning
ofid_on Claude’s error page.
Before you write
- “Too many concurrent physics tasks.”
- The address was busy. Send it again.
- HTTP 429
- Wait the seconds the answer names, then send again.
- HTTP 403 from a Python script
- Give the script a User-Agent header.
- An answer that stops and says why
- That is the verifier at work. The sentence names the limit, and the model’s description gives its range.

Ask for a model
To ask for a model of a real thing, write to John Kruze and name an open dataset of it: what the thing is, where the dataset is, its licence, what was measured and who measured it.
