The need · in physics, the grader is wrong, not the model

An expert re-grading of six leading physics benchmarks, the Yale-led audit (Ansari et al., arXiv 2609.13009, v2, 17 Oct 2026): Most audited cases initially evaluated as incorrect reflect these benchmarking issues. The grader and the reference were wrong, not the model.

A verifiable reward is only as good as the program that computes it. This one recomputes the answer, so it has no grader to be wrong.

What you get

  • 50 withheld tasks in the physics domain group you pick, generated for you and published nowhere, so they sit outside every crawl. Harbor and Inspect format.
  • Sealed reference answers. Every reference is recomputed by deterministic physics, not written by hand.
  • The offline scorer. It sends the agent’s own request to the physics engine again and compares the answer byte for byte. No model grades a model. It runs inside your network on ordinary processors, with no connection to us: nothing leaves your cluster.
  • One sealed dataset of 100,000 runs, in both Parquet and JSON lines, a SHA-384 proof on every row and one over all rows. Your team recomputes any record offline.
  • A one-page Verification Certificate and a commercial data licence, non-exclusive.

Each model states its range and gap. Past the range every step is flagged; at a physical limit the run stops and names the reason. The tasks score the edge too.
