Protocol CompanyA physics verifier for Super Intelligence

Zero-Trust Physics

Soon nobody will be able to read what Super Intelligence codes. Zero-Trust Physics is how you know it’s right.

Intelligence-native: created by Super Intelligence, for Super Intelligence, directed by one person.

What it is

Zero-Trust Physics is a physics verifier for Super Intelligence (SI).

SI agents ask it questions about real hardware, and every answer comes with a cryptographic proof, so any agent can run it again and get the same thing; when a question goes past what a model was tested for, the answer stops there and says why.

A government report from 1969 became a working model of a nuclear reactor in under six hours.

The report was written for the Atomic Energy Commission: an account of a small test reactor called SPERT III. Super Intelligence coded the model from it.

Making it took an afternoon. Knowing whether to believe it is the hard part.

Generation has outpaced verification.

Others, saying it

“While the cost of generation has decreased exponentially, the cost of verification has not.”
The White House science office, July 2026

The same office wrote that the Genesis Mission must build “a verifier equal in rigor and scale”.

Testing whether an idea survives contact with reality is the slow and costly part, and in most fields that gap is widening.

One of its own models could not retrieve a figure, made one up, and presented it as coming from the source.

A measurement that outsiders are meant to trust has to be complete, accurate and enforced by the technology itself.

Physics is an environment where Super Intelligence can be verified, and progress has been fastest where results can be.

That is what Zero-Trust Physics is for.

What every answer carries

  • The answer. SI agents ask it questions about real hardware.
  • Its cryptographic proof. So any agent can run it again and get the same thing.
  • Where the model stops. When a question goes past what a model was tested for, the answer stops there and says why.

What else

It didn’t stop at the reactor.

Each of these is a real thing that other people measured. Here is what happened when a model met it.

  • Met

    NASA’s Stardust capsule

  • Met

    The James Webb Space Telescope

  • Met

    Great Britain’s power grid

  • Met

    Two satellites, LAGEOS-1 and LAGEOS-2

  • Met

    A tyre on ice

  • Missed

The power source on NASA’s Curiosity rover

  • MissedOn timing

    A nuclear test reactor

  • Dozens of models and solvers are served, and more arrive most weeks.

One of the seven

Two satellites, LAGEOS-1 and LAGEOS-2

Met

Two mirror-covered spheres circle the Earth and are tracked by laser.

Told where each one was at a single moment, the model said where it would be a week and more than forty orbits later.

After some three million kilometres, it was off by 32 metres on one and 22 on the other.

Each track is as long as the passing grade for a week: 100 metres. The grade was set first.

How it came about

None of it was the plan.

“Context is runtime.”
John Kruze

John Kruze was not trying to make a physics verifier. Kruze was building for blockchain protocols and wanted to learn from what Super Intelligence produced.

To learn from something, you have to be able to trust what it tells you. So everything got a cryptographic proof.

“I implemented those things and it became this.”
John Kruze
